Our goal was to create a wholesome renovation project of this 1st republic villa as a juxtaposition of classical architecture and modern interventions.

From the inner garden, the villa is revealing its bold and contrasting extension partly hidden by the terrain. While being bravely in a contrast with the existing part it also blends in with the surrounding by continuing the existing retaining walls.

The main historical volume of the villa is connected with the rest of the site through a modern extension that contains wellness and multiple lounge spaces.
