1/Kickoff meeting

At the initial meeting, we will get to know you and the project itself. We will listen to your ideas and expectations and go through all the steps of the project together. Based on the meeting, we will prepare a price offer for our services.

Before starting the work, we will go through a detailed questionnaire together, which will help us understand all your needs and wishes. Then we will measure the premises, map all constructions and procure all the necessary documents.

2/Design development

Armed with information about the project, we start working on the initial concept. We focus on all the details and give shape to all parts of your interior. We create photo-realistic 3D visualizations for all spaces.

At the end of this stage, you will receive a detailed image of your future interior. After agreeing on the floor plans and final design, we will prepare an approximate budget for the project implementation.

3/Building documentation

After approval of the final visualizations, we start with the construction part of the project and start to design the final documentation of the interior - a set of drawings, that is needed for the implementation of the project by the suppliers.

At the same time, we pay attention to the detailed design of bespoke elements and work on technical drawings needed for the production of atypical furniture. We will prepare a complete list of equipment and furnishing that we recommend using in the interior according to the investor's budget.

4/Construction supervision

If you will decide to use our services at the implementation stage, we will try to make the whole process as pleasant as it can be for you. We will take over the communication with suppliers, and ensure the search and contact of potential contractors and subcontractors for the construction.

We will provide creative supervision over the entire course of the construction, monitor compliance with deadlines and we will make sure that everything goes as it should.
