Once the final design is approved, I prepare a complete set of technical drawings needed for implementation.
This includes construction plans, electrical layouts, surface finishes, and detailed documentation for bespoke elements — especially custom furniture, which is designed and drawn with care, so that every join, edge, and measurement supports the overall concept.
At the same time, I prepare a furnishing proposal and a complete list of recommended items aligned with your budget and aesthetic. Everything is ready for suppliers and contractors to work with clarity and confidence.

I stay closely involved throughout the implementation, visiting the site, supporting communication with suppliers, and helping resolve unexpected challenges along the way.
